TidySquares’ offers a limited lifetime warranty on all its products including all accessories, hardware, hinges and mechanisms to the original purchaser for the duration of ownership.
TidySquares will replace any defective item that was damaged or missing in shipping, has a latent defect or falls under our limited lifetime warranty policy at no charge (including shipping).
The customer is responsible to check the order with the shipping agent at the time of delivery to determine if any damage has occurred in transit as well as for any obvious shortages. This is to be documented with the shipping agent at the time of delivery. The customer needs to notify TidySquares within 24 hours for a replacement either via the customer portal or by calling our customer service department on 1-855-662-6620 for an expedited replacement.
This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling and installation, disassembly and re-installation, any modifications and exposure to the elements including direct sunlight and vast changes in humidity which may result in warping or splitting.
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of any defective parts at the discretion of TidySquares, and does not include labor for removal, replacement or re-installation.
