Lifetime Structural Warranty

We are pleased to provide the original purchaser with a Lifetime Structural Warranty against defects in design, construction, and materials.

For all purposes of this warranty the term “purchaser” is defined as the entity or individual acquiring a new TidySquares product as the initial purchaser thereof either from TidySquares or an authorized TidySquares Dealer.

Exceptions to this warranty include:

• Moving parts, which include glides, and slides which are warranted for 5 years from the date of delivery.

Our warranty will not apply to:

• Customer’s Own Material (COM) or finishes applied to TidySquares products.
• Products that have been modified or which have not been installed or used according to TidySquares application and installation guidelines or warnings.
• Where there is evidence of alteration, misuse, negligence, or abuse.
• Products that must be replaced due to normal wear and tear, accident, or shipping damage.
• Products used for rental purposes.

During the warranty period, we will repair, or, at our discretion, replace any product where we are satisfied that the product is defective. Decision on warranty rest solely with TidySquares. All freight charges for items being returned for service must be prepaid by the customer. If a claim is accepted, we will gladly refund the charges incurred.

In no event shall TidySquares be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. This warranty is the Customer’s sole remedy for product defect. TidySquares make no warranties, including the express or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, other than the express warranties contained herein.
